There are several people, around the world, who monitor this board regularly. They have the power to remove unsavoury postings, and they won't hesitate to do so if they consider your post to be spam. Your "ad" is unlikely to exist for much longer than ten minutes.
For serious offenders there is only one penalty: summary execution. You'll be put on the board's "killfile" and you'll never be able to post another message here again.
